Forms
You’ll go through two separate registration processes to get signed up. First you’ll pay Mt. Baker Instruction Programs for the Racer Development Program, fill out their forms and sign their liability release. You can do this at the Mt. Baker office at 1019 Iowa St in Bellingham, or at the mountain (Sunday morning even) at the Instruction Programs office (the building just down the hill from the Heather Meadows lodge).
Second, you’ll fill out a release for KKSC’s Mt. Baker Race Team to get a jacket to use for the season. The release includes agreements to return the jacket at the end of the season, to pay fees when you travel to races, and so on. This form must come back to KKSC, either through the coaches when jackets are distributed (January 8, 2012) or by mail (below) along with the $30 non-refundable jacket rental and registration fee.

Download the liability release and info form (2 pages). You’ll need to have this in to us prior to your athletes’ first away race, and before we will issue him or her a Mt. Baker Race Team jacket.
